Using your login credentials, every listed company shall file the annual returns on or before 31st May every year and on or before 31st July for all public unlisted and private companies.
The process flow shall be as follows;
Login -> Annual Return Form -> Fill the AR form -> upload audited accounts and Director’s report -> submit -> acknowledgement will be emailed.
